We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you're unhappy with, please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.

Products should be in their original unit packaging and resaleable condition. This is in addition to your Statutory Rights.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is defective or sent with an error we will exchange or refund your item.

If you are returning anything to us, we recommend proof of postage and insurance cover is obtained in case of loss in transit.

We are very particular about the wood we use.

Medite MDF
Our MDF is produced using superior wood refining technology and specially designed resins creating a smooth surface; consistent quality and thickness.
FSC® Certified and CE Marked.  Manufactured to BS - EN622-5 – E1 Formaldehyde emission.

Birch/Poplar Plywood
Our Russian, Swedish and Norwegian plywood is only sourced from sustainable forests following FSC accreditation standards.

Acrylic
We use Perspex® cast acrylic which is available in solid or opaque, translucent and transparent colour options.
