Many business tell you how they want to delight you and exceed your expectations. Well; Family Crafts did. The order process was easy, my errors were corrected without any problems and the Family Tree was exactly what we wanted - excellent! The packaging was like a present in itself - it was like unwrapping a birthday gift. I cannot recommend Family Crafts more highly.
