Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any and all orders placed with us and through our website.

As an approximate guide, please allow 2 - 3 working days for your order to be made and despatched. This is intended as a guideline and is NOT guaranteed. If you have a specific date requirement, please email us before you place your order.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class courier services for our standard delivery service, we use Royal Mail 1st Class next day courier services for our express delivery services. Depending on your parcel size or delivery service selected we will use the most appropriate service for your order.

All times and dates given for delivery of orders are given in good faith, these are estimated delivery times reflecting the earliest delivery times provided by our courier services.

Delivery times provided exclude Bank Holidays and Weekends.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our standard shipping typically arrives within 4 - 7 days from despatch when no upgrades are applied. During busy seasonal times of the year, such as Christmas, these times can be significantly delayed and may take up to 14 days or more to arrive.

Please ensure you have left enough time for your order to arrive.
This service does not provide a progress tracking service for you order.
All shipping times specified are business days, please allow additional time for Bank Holidays and Weekends.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

We provide shipping upgrades during checkout, we offer Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Tracked Courier services. During busy seasonal times of the year like Christmas, these times can be significantly delayed and may take up to 14 days or more to arrive. Please ensure you have left enough time for your order to arrive.
Royal Mail 1st Class does not offer progress tracking for your order.
If you require a tracking number to track you parcels progress please choose our Next Day Tracked Courier service.
All shipping times specified are business days, please allow additional time for Bank Holidays and Weekends.

CUSTOM SHIPPING

You may wish to request an alternative method of delivery for your order, please get in touch with us to discuss this option, we are more than happy to look at accommodating these requests. These services may incur additional costs and/or administration costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer international shipping, but please email us at info@familycrafts.co.uk to discuss if a delivery option is available.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Please understand that shipping is out of our hands but we take responsibility for all our orders. We rely on the couriers we use to ensure that your order arrives undamaged and on time, unfortunately on occasion, through no fault of our own this does not happen. We want to ensure you that if your order has not been delivered, we will work to rectify the situation, replacing and resending your order if required using DPD next day delivery.
If your order has not been received within 14 days after despatch we ask that you kindly complete a short form to indicate you have not received your parcel so that we can raise this with our courier. We will then immediately get a replacement order remade and sent out to you. Please print and complete the required form below.
