We are Family Crafts ("Company", "we","us","our").
By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

2. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
4. You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
5. Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Information On Our Site
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.You use the material on our site at your own discretion.
Our Products
Our Products are manufactured using a laser and as such there will likely be a small amount of burning, smoke damage and/or some residue on the surfaces and the Products will have a distinctive smell, these factors are not defects, but if you have any concerns please contact us.Products for sale on the Family Crafts website are not toys. Small items may present a choking hazard for children. They are not designed to be handled and are for display / decoration purposes only. They can break if used in a rough manner. The colours represented on screen may vary. Shapes, styles and embellishments may also vary from those depicted as each item is handmade.
The placing and fixing of any of our products is the customer's responsibility. Family Crafts accepts no responsibility for damage created to personal property through the use, placement or fixing of the product.
Ordering
When ordering Goods or Services on the Family Crafts website you agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will then check your order requirements and ensure that all information supplied is correct. If there is any discrepancy with your order, we will contact you with a further email. If the Goods are available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance of your order. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation of postage.
Prices
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.Prices for our Products may change from time to time without notice, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process before you confirm your order. The total price for Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are despatched or Services provided.
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by debit, credit card or PayPal. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
Secure Payment Methods Available
We offer several ways to pay for Goods purchased on our website including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.Credit and debit cards can be used to pay for goods. We use a 3rd party (Shopify) to process these transactions for us. The whole transaction will take place on the Shopify secure server. We do not receive or store any card details. Shop Pay is a way that can be used to accelerate the payment of goods on Shopify websites if you have registered with the Shop Pay. Shipping and billing information is securely stored on Shopify’s PCI compliant servers and is only shared with our website if an order is placed.
Apple Pay and Google Pay is available if you are processing your payment from a mobile device when either Apple Pay or Google Pay is enabled. A button with the payment method logo will appear, allowing you to process your order using Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not receive or store any payment details. PayPal is another way that can be used to pay for goods. We use a 3rd party website (PayPal) to process these transactions for us. All transactions take place on the PayPal secure server. Out of Stock / Discontinued Products
We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale from our website and also to discontinue any item.If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue, a refund for that sole item or a gift voucher will be offered to the you.
Delivery
Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. We take no responsibility if the incorrect address has been provided by yourself and your order has been despacted. Once the order has been returned to us by the courier, we will despatch to the correct address, but any additional cost incurred for postage will be passed on to you before despatch.All orders are delivered by a reputable courier. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, however we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late ordering. If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email or telephone and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
During busy periods these timescales may increase, but we will notify you on our website as to the current estimated timescales. Bespoke and personalised items may take considerably longer during seasonal times such as Christmas.
No refunds of the delivery charge are made for late deliveries.
Incomplete orders must be notified to us as soon as possible following delivery and within 3 days of delivery. We will either arrange for the missing items to be delivered to you at no extra cost or refund you the original cost of the missing items.
If you fail to accept delivery of the Goods, or we are unable to deliver the Goods due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, documentation, licences, consents or authorisations, then the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Goods shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other cost which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver the Goods shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify us in full for such cost.
Where delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the Goods reach your country. This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that Goods may be subject to inspection by your local customs office where delivery is outside the UK.
Cancellations
You must notify us by email immediately if you decide to cancel your order, once an order has been despatched you must wait for your order to be delivered and then return to us at your expense. On receipt we will complete a cancellation and refund of your order as agreed. Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of personalised items, which are designed specifically for you, once they have been produced.Guarantees, Refunds and Returns
We offer a guarantee on all items supplied by us and we aim to ensure all of our customers have a great experience when shopping with us. However, there may be times when items arrive damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us within 14 days of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item, a refund for the item or a gift voucher. Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence must be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items. We will refund if you wish. If the fault is ours we will replace or refund immediately.We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, unless the Goods are faulty or damaged, if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.
We are unable to accept returns for personalised Goods made to your order requirements.
Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any Goods returned to us are properly insured. We will not be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
If your are receiving a refund, this will be processed to the same payment method used to place your order.
Events Outside of Our Control
We will not be liable or cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in any of our obligations that is caused by an Event Outside of Our Control.An Event Outside of Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If an Event Outside of Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of such.
You may request a cancellation if you are affected by an Event Outside of Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days.

Where we have requested information from you to provide Goods or Services, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information.You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process your personal information in order to provide the Goods or Services to you and for marketing and credit control purposes (the “Purpose”). The Purpose may include the disclosure of your personal information to selected third parties from time to time, where we believe that the services offered by such third parties may be of interest to you, where this is required by law, or in order to provide the Goods or Service to you.
If we need to contact you for any reason relating to your order, we will do so by email using the details provided to us with your order.
You are entitled to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. Please contact us if you wish to request this information.

Your Rights Under Distant Selling Regulations
If you buy goods under a distance contract you have the right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 days, beginning with the day, after the day on which you receive the Goods.Goods must be returned to us in their original condition unless they have been notified to us as damaged (by proof of a photograph) but we cannot accept the return of personalised items designed specifically for you.
A refund will be given once the Goods are received intact and in their original conditions. This will include the delivery charges, but we will not refund delivery charges on partial returns. When returning Goods, please check with us first on how this will be arranged, as we may pay for a courier to collect or ask you to put back the Goods in the post, this depends on the size of your order. We may not require the return of some Goods to receive a replacement or refund.
In all instances, where you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period, please contact us initially to discuss and we will do our utmost to assist. The refund will be processed within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods. Please email us first through info@familycrafts.co.uk or call us to arrange a return, this excludes all items that have been personalised to your request as these items cannot be restocked and sold on.
In most cases where we have sent something in error, we do not require items to be returned. If however, you wish to cancel your order within the cancellation period, we will expect all the Goods to be returned in their original condition for the full refund to be given.
A full statement of your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations may be obtained in the UK from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all Products and Services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Family Crafts, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any Product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.
