Use the personalisation box to provide the names to be engraved on your hearts(s). Please ensure that you order one heart for each name required.

Each order is laser cut and engraved to your bespoke request, therefore cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is defective or sent with an error we will exchange or refund your item.

If you are returning anything to us, we recommend proof of postage and insurance cover is obtained in case of loss in transit.

Our Wood
We are very particular about the wood we use.

Medite MDF
Our MDF is produced using superior wood refining technology and specially designed resins creating a smooth surface; consistent quality and thickness.
FSC® Certified and CE Marked.  Manufactured to BS - EN622-5 – E1 Formaldehyde emission.

Birch/Poplar Plywood
Our Russian, Swedish and Norwegian plywood is only sourced from sustainable forests following FSC accreditation standards.

Acrylic
We use Perspex® cast acrylic which is available in solid or opaque, translucent and transparent colour options.
